Frequently Asked Questions
Where and when will we meet?
We will most often meet and depart from Sisters Creek (COJ). We will confirm any changes with you 24 hours before departure.

What do I need to bring on the boat?

Dress casually for your comfort.

Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat (for the sun or to keep warm)

Wear closed-toe, non-marking shoes (Ex: white rubber-soled tennis shoes)

A packed meal, light snacks, soft drinks, bottled water…etc.

Can we bring our kids?
Our charters are for adults and kids 12 and up.

Is there a restroom on board the vessel?
The vessel has a restroom with minimal capacity.

What drinks and food are provided?
All packages include water, soft drinks, and a small selection of wine, beer, and champagne (upon request). For cruises of more than two hours, the food selection includes charcuterie boards and/or sandwiches from local caterers.

What is the duration of the tour?
The charter lasts 2-6 hours, depending on the package.
Is the route for each tour the same?
The Captain determines the route, which may vary depending on the weather, wind, tides, and currents. However, we will do our best to follow the proposed route.

Do you provide life jackets?
Everybody will be briefed on safety procedures before each charter. A life jacket is available for each attendee. The Captain and the First Mate are certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support.

How soon will we be notified of cancellations due to inclement weather or unfavorable water conditions?
We will notify you as soon as possible, depending on the weather, wind, tides, and currents. Your trip can be rescheduled.

What is your cancellation policy?
For a refund, notice of cancelation must be made 72 hours before the time of your charter. If cancelations are made less than the designated 72-hour period, 0% of the charter fee will be returned to the Charterer.
*Cancellations due to inclement weather can be applied to a rescheduled trip.
